I'm not making it up, there's provenance. 
The hatchet appears unused, just handling and carbon spots. No cracks in either of the handle scales. Randall shop etched as explained in the provenance.
This was a gift from Bo Randall to Dr. Leonard Lee Rue. Mr. Rue is a very well known big game expert, Google knows him if you don't.
Signed book is included.
