They look a bit lighter in color, but I remember one of the guys in the club told me they are cocobolo.
I'm a member (or was at the time and afterwards) of The GCKC. The wood is lignum vitae!

I was told the 10-7's were Dogwood, no? The 10-7 looks more like Osage to me than anything else

Dogwood is a light colored wood, nothing like those, although a piece of heartwood could be dark if the tree was large enough.

Osage (Orange, a.k.a. "Bois D'arc" or "hedge apple tree") would have a turmeric orange-yellow color to it.
I believe they're "all" lignum vitae, even the club's Model #1.
