Circa 1954 Ivory Smitty and Toothpick, predating the Faisal sets. What makes this set so unusual is no lugs!!! I don't know if I have seen another like it. Pretty cool. Smitty is a brass back. Both are chromed.

Understand the need to obscure any personal info. What is obscured ?
Knives named to someone? I probably will never run into such a set but why is the obscured info high one blade and low on the other?

simply a reflection on the chromed blades. Not there in the bottom photo. Probably my t-shirt.
