Interesting piece from shop sale

A 13-12 that had a flaw approx 1 1/2" from the tip and was reground to 9". This is the result. Kinda different.

Looks like a Carver set up as a fighter.

This is SOOOOO cool in person.
And beyond that... the ABSOLUTE "right" person got it! =]

Better check those dimensions.

I think all you get is a receipt. The shop no longer does "letters".

Ahhh... but, we know someone who does!

Was a given from whenst it came.

Fast forward to 10 years or so from now and I can definitely see a knock down, drag out fight on this forum over whether that knife is a legit "from the shop" knife. :-)

..."NOT" if the buyer keeps his/her receipt!

Just speaking for myself, as cool and unusual as that knife is, I'd spring for the letter of authentication. It sure couldn't hurt!
