Customer service at the shop has to be at an all-time high! Unbeleivable as it may be, this is true. On Thursday, Nov. the 9th, I shipped a RMK back to the shop for warranted replacement. Today, one week later on the 16th of November, I received the replacement. Only ONE WEEK !!! to fulfill replacement. To me this is incredible and a phenomenal testimony to the Shops' dedication to customer service. Absolutely amazing, the stars must have all lined up just right, but regardless, this level of customer care is unparalleled and I'll never be able to say enough good things about the men (and women) in the cinder block building off Orange Blossom Trail. You guys rock!
