#14 w/sawteeth vs #16 w/sawteeth

I'm curious if you can determine if a knife is a #14 with sawteeth or a #16 with sawteeth or if they would be identical. Any thoughts?

A #14 should be 7.5 inches long while a #16 should only be 7.0 inches long

16 blade is not quite as wide and in double hilt configuration it comes standard with a #1 style hilt versus the 14/18 style

I may be wrong, but does not a #14 come with a double stitched sheath and a #16 have single stitching, maybe different sheaths too?
