Lady and Gents:

I am looking for an engraver to do the attached set:

Have seen Skaggs on this forum several times. Would like to see an example from Joe Mason. I have a Perdue engraved Randall but I am told he does not do consigned work on knives anymore.

If you have a strong negative, my preference would be that you PM me. I prefer to keep threads positive if possible. Just sayin'.

Thanks in advance.

Doug

Thanks guys..... I planned to have them scrimshawed, but ended up trading them.

It was a fun project.... I get a kick out of watching Skeetdoc building his sets.

Makes me think...... Hmmmmm.

I have a set (4) of elephant handled big bowies with pure silver hilt and butt. I sent them to J.R French in Texas. He is well known for engraving high end Colt SAA's. He was very professional and did a great job.

They are buried in a safe. I don't think I have any pics, but I'll check.
