Hey everyone,
I know we're all glad to welcome James Behring. I think he will bring a lot of product knowledge and talent to our forums. I hope ya'll agree.
Rick T. is slammed with computer-related work. (At his "real" job...not just here). ( He's not the only one) We are in the process of working on a Behring knives sub-forum. I hope this sounds good to you members! I'm certainly excited about it!
....more to come...
Best, Capt. Chris

O.K., as Capt. Chris would say I know I "just ain't quite right anymore" and others would add "anymore?", BUT.....every time that I read this thread I wondered about James doing a "Sub-Fighter" here. I mean I like them a lot and think that it would be GREAT!!!!(just like Tony the Tiger)...just couldn't figure it out and then...the ump-teenth re-read I saw it.... "SUB-FORUM". O.K. and now I get it... and I think it would be GREAT!!!
BUT...wonder if James would build a Sub-Hilt Fighter for the Sub-Forum...auction off the opportunity to purchase it and....etc., etc.,...so on and so on..Great to have you here James...and in any Sub-Fashion!!!

I just received an unusual Trout & Bird from James; it has a Studebaker spring blade and Hippo tooth handle. The sheath is also my favorite pouch type. A very neat knife and one I hope to filet a few trout with this summer. Thanks James for a super nice knife!!

Very nice, it looks like a copper hilt and spacers too.
It would probably work on a Delmonico steak also

Good eye there Peter, yes, copper hilt and spacers with a chunk of ivory thrown in. A Delmonico steak will work, medium rare.

BTW, if any of you are not on James' email list, you need to sign up. That way you get the first chance to purchase his latest products.
